Our terms for ordering, delivery, returns, product care, and your shopping experience with Coreza One.
Ordering
You can place an order as a guest or through your Coreza One account. All online orders are available on Cash on Delivery, so you can pay when your order arrives.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
We may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, or phone to confirm your order before dispatch. An order may be cancelled or adjusted if an item is unavailable, stock information is incorrect, a pricing error occurs, or we are unable to verify the order details. If this happens, we’ll contact you and help arrange the appropriate solution.
Delivery
We offer free delivery across Pakistan. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days (depending on the courier service in your area). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damages & Issues
Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards and matches your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you and ensure the matter is resolved.
Product Photos
Product colours may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting conditions when the photos are taken.
Returns & Exchanges
Seasonal clothing (summer or winter collections) may be returned or exchanged during the same season in which it was purchased. All other items can be returned or exchanged at any time. Whether you require a different size or colour, or have simply changed your mind, our support team is here to assist you.
Product Care
To help maintain the quality and appearance of your Coreza One products, we recommend following these general care guidelines:
- Clothing & Fabric: Handle with care and wash gently using mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach, and dry away from direct sunlight. Use a suitable temperature when ironing.
- Shoes: Keep clean and dry, avoid soaking, and store away from excessive heat and moisture. Clean according to the material and finish of the product.
- Watches: Avoid water, chemicals, and excessive moisture unless the product is specifically designed to be water-resistant. Keep away from strong magnets and direct contact with perfumes or sprays.
- Perfumes: Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid contact with eyes or damaged skin and keep away from flames and other heat sources.
Privacy & Your Information
We respect your privacy and keep your personal information confidential. Your information is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Order Tracking
Customers with an account can view their orders through My Orders. Guest customers can track their order using the order number and the same phone number provided at checkout and also sent in email.
